Project Overview
AMT Project Group delivered complete EPC management for the installation of a new bakery facility and integrated topping production lines for a leading food manufacturer. The project encompassed engineering design, procurement, construction, MEP services, process equipment installation, automation systems, and commissioning.
Despite the challenges of coordinating multiple contractors, integrating complex production equipment, and meeting strict food safety requirements within a live manufacturing environment, AMT successfully managed the project from concept to handover.
